Welcome to Renewed Harmony! We provide powerful, engaging, and results-driven professional development, coaching, and consulting for educators and community leaders. We build stakeholder capacity within your organization and offer coaching for your leadership team. By implementing research-based improvement plans and strategic professional development sessions, we collaborate with your team to improve outcomes.
Because meaningful, lasting change takes time, we approach this important work in stages. In phase one, we improve climate and culture by building leadership tool kits to energize staff morale, reignite professional passion, and retain employees. In phase two, we enhance the emotional intelligence skills of your adult learners to embolden their resilience tool kits before embarking on our third phase where we teach intercultural instructional practices. We know it’s all about relationships, so we specialize in building the intrapersonal and interpersonal bridges that develop healthy connections with one’s self and others to grow and thrive. This is our work.
VISION: Every student and staff member will belong and grow within safe schools led by authentic leaders who utilize research-based practices to reach desired outcomes together.
MISSION: We help school leaders concerned with student disparities, school climate, and teacher attrition learn how to retain, empower, and revitalize their teachers by confidently facilitating the faculty-led implementation of strategies.
CORE VALUES: (1) Supportive Relationships: We build relational trust by affirming strengths, assets, and identity. (2) Interdependent Culture: We facilitate strategic team-building activities that build collective efficacy. (3) Continuous Improvement: We use our growth mindset to facilitate compassionate and healing adult learning experiences. (4) Measurable Outcomes: We coach stakeholders on authentic leadership strategies that produce results.
BELIEFS: We view each individual stakeholder in our schools as a leader of the outcomes we envision and implement together. Educators we serve renew their commitment to their purpose by viewing themselves as interdependent instruments of a collective with the autonomy to authentically lead their students to empowerment. Our clients stop losing valuable time spent on interventions to issues that could have been prevented proactively; thereby, minimizing challenging behaviors and maximizing learning gains.
"Mona Elleithee is not only a dynamic presenter, but she is thorough in her research. Oftentimes, professional development leaders will speak on the 'latest and greatest' approach to try in the classroom, but there isn't much substance to what is being presented. Mona puts forth the effort to not only read up on the latest trends but she researches the efficacy level of the trends. She is able to synthesize her research in a way that is palpable - while she shares the research findings and the efficacy levels, she does so in a way that is exciting and empowering. I never feel bogged down with the details in one of her professional development presentations. Her presentation style is infused with humor, pop culture references, and the arts, all while staying on topic. Her handouts are designed in such a way to keep attendees engaged and are the best takeaways I have ever received in PD. I have been in education for twenty years and I must say that Mona Elleithee has been the best PD presenter I have had the pleasure to learn from and be challenged by."

Mona taught high school students English Language Arts in AZ, IL, and SC for sixteen years before serving as a behavioral interventionist, or classroom management coach and social-emotional skills builder, for a year and a half. When she's not making harmony at work, Mona cherishes her experience singing backup for Linda Ronstadt, enjoys singing with the Sandlapper Singers, and delights in singing karaoke with her talented 13-year-old son, Omar, and theatrical 11-year-old daughter, Dina.
